Online registrations will close on 2 September 2026. Thereafter, registrations may be completed onsite, and onsite fees will apply.

Invitation letters will be issued only once registration and full payment have been received.

Professional Body Information

Please ensure your registration number (if applicable) is entered correctly. Submissions to the HPCSA and certificates will be processed using the number provided. The organisers cannot be held responsible for incorrect details. Please note that strict HPCSA protocols prevent resubmissions or corrections of CPD allocations after submission.

Payment Method
The banking details will be supplied once you have submitted your registration. Notice of cancellation must be given in writing to nadia@londocor.co.za. Cancellations received by 3 June 2026, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations received from 4 June 2026, will incur a 100% cancellation fee. All refunds will be processed after the conference, subject to approval by the Organising Committee, which reserves the right to decline refund requests.
